Work includes selective demolition throughout, with most existing finishes being completely removed. New work includes new flooring, painting, wallcoverings and window treatments. As an Alternate, the mens restroom will receive new tile floors and new acoustic ceilings. Mechanical work includes the replacement of many of the existing grilles. A new drinking fountain will replace the existing. All lighting in the public spaces will be new. A new audio- visual system includes projector, motorized screen, sound system and lighting controls.
