Architect to specify: Floor finishes, ceiling finishes, new door thresholds, paint for walls, new entry door, new finishes for existing restroom. A new gypsum header will be needed to define the service area. Coordinate work with new HVAC and kitchen equipment. Provide a trench drain at the front entry. New concrete at the north side for equipment. Architecture to capture the cut and patch of existing exterior concrete and surfaces.
