This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for maintenance and infrastructure improvements at G8 INL facilities located at the American Hangar, FAP Base Callao, Lima, Peru. Progress payments are per FAR **** and FAR **** payments are 30 days after the contracting officer has received and accepted a proper invoice. Advance payment for services is not authorized.
A full one-year latent defects warranty for all materials and labor is required, effective from the date of final acceptance. This includes quality, durability, workmanship, paint resistance, corrosion resistance, system effectiveness, waterproofing, and manufacturer warranties.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete required provisions. The company performing work must be legally incorporated in Peru and have been in existence for at least one year to ensure warranty support. All work requiring professional certification must be supervised by licensed Peruvian professionals who are colegiado y habilitado under the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (CIP).
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed at **** for each calendar day of delay.
A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM Lima time. Site access requires submitting names and identification numbers by Friday, June 12, 2026, at 09:00 AM.
