Default in promised delivery without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes the agency to purchase supplies elsewhere and charge the full increase in cost and handling to the defaulting respondent.
Samples, when requested, must be furnished free of expense to the agency.
Failure to adhere to contact restrictions, submitting responses after the deadline, or failing to manually sign the response may result in disqualification.
