In the event of the contractors noncompliance with this nondiscrimination clause, the contract may be canceled or terminated by Dalton Public Schools. The contractors may be declared by the school system ineligible for further contracts with Dalton Public Schools until satisfactory proof of intent to comply shall be made by the vendor.
