The deadline for submission of statements of qualifications, pricing, and delivery proposals is Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. CST/CDT. The deadline for the subcontracting plan is Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p. m. CST/CDT.

The university will pay for work performed under this contract net 30 days in accordance with Texas Government Code, section **** payment terms may be proposed by a respondent, but the university reserves the right to reject them.

The contract award will be based on the best value to the university, considering criteria such as statement of qualifications and availability, ability to provide services, qualifications and experience of the construction team, performance on past projects, project planning and scheduling, and pricing and delivery proposal.

Respondents must submit a complete statement of qualifications addressing specific criteria including firm history, availability, ability to provide services, team qualifications, past project performance, and project planning and scheduling. Incomplete statements may be considered nonresponsive.
