Procurement and installation of eight gate podiums at Bangor International Airport. Proposals due July 2, 2026, by 2:00 PM. Work includes power and communication requirements. Bidders must obtain security clearance and mobilize immediately. Completion required within four weeks. Contract awarded to the lowest responsible bidder with relevant experience.
Submissions must be received by 2:00 p. m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2026. All work shall commence immediately and be substantially complete by September 30, 2026.
The contract will be awarded to the proposer submitting the lowest responsible bid with relevant experience, who can mobilize immediately.
Proposers must be able to obtain security clearance and mobilize immediately. Recent experience and ability to mobilize quickly will be considered.
If the awarded proposer fails to execute the contract and furnish a satisfactory bond, their bid shall be considered null and void, and the surety accompanying the bid shall be forfeited.
It will be presumed that each proposer will have inspected the sites and thoroughly familiarized themselves with the contract intent. Failure to visit and examine the site will not relieve the successful proposer from any obligation.
Questions must be directed in writing no later than 2:00 p. m. , Wednesday, July 13, 2026.
Late proposals will be returned unopened. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Failure to receive any addenda will not relieve the proposer of their obligation.
