Upon completion of the work and final acceptance by the glo, the awarded bidder shall furnish the glo with the maximum available manufacturers warranty on all installed products.

The glovlb will consider the best value for the state when awarding contracts.

A bidder must have been in business providing similar services to the scope of work for a minimum of three years or the principals/owners must have had ownership/executive management experience in a previous company that provided this type of services and commodities for a minimum of five years.

Default in promised delivery without prior acceptance by the glovlb or failure to meet specifications authorizes the glovlb to purchase the goods or services elsewhere and charge any increased costs for the goods or services, including the cost of rebidding, to bidder.

There is no prebid site visit availability.
