The agency intends to retain the contractor pursuant to a best value basis, not a low proposal basis. The agency will consider factors other than just cost in making the award decision.

Proposals are solicited from qualified, licensed, and insured entities.

A walkthrough of the sites can be scheduled following the pre-proposal conference if desired.
