Bids are solicited for furnishing goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services. Bids must be received electronically or by sealed bid by the specified date and time. The waste area was previously disturbed and does not involve tree removal. The project boundary is primarily residential including houses, outbuildings, and driveways. Drainage structures and retaining walls will be constructed in the yards, behind the houses and structures and along the driveways. The project site is characterized by a small slide, 4 open portals, 3 collapsed portals and seepage from the portals and slide. The slide damaged an existing storage building on the property, which was subsequently replaced following clean- up of the slide by the property owner. However, there remains a significant amount of seepage from the open portals and throughout the material on the upper bench and below at the elevation of the property owners residence.

The solicitation for an electronic maintenance support system (EMSS) kit has been amended. The amendment updates the EMSS kit specifications, corrects a NAICS code, and extends the proposal deadline to October 14, 2025. The amendment also addresses questions received within 15 days of the solicitation posting. The kit includes a ruggedized laptop/tablet, accessories, and spares. Specific technical specifications for the laptop/tablet are detailed in the document.

This project consists of the installation of two ECUs and associated roof mounted air- cooled condensers, power & control wiring, refrigerant, water and drainage piping to replace the one existing unit and provide redundancy with a second unit. Additionally, the project includes replacing sections of the existing ductwork and the replacement of existing diffusers. The system will be interfaced with the ALC WebControl system to provide temperature averaging, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of data to CEMCS. The allowance for the controls work is to be included in the contractors bid at the pre- determined allowance listed in the bid documents. Roof curbs for the remote air- cooled condensers have been included in a roof replacement project separate from this ECU replacement project. The contractor is responsible for coordinating the installation with the roof replacement contractor and is responsible for setting the condensers and running refrigerant piping, electrical and control wiring between the system components.
