High Frequency Radio System Shore ( HFRSS) components to replace legacy radio systems within the HF shore communications systems ( COMSYS) The COMSYS consists of seven 4KW sites and 6 1KW sites. This will include installations necessary for engineering and training support efforts e. g. training center TRACEN and labs. This effort will include equipment, hardware, software, and training to maintain and operate the system. This replacement effort requires a commercially available hf radio system comprised of various numbers of hf transceivers, receivers, high power amplifiers, power supplies, where exact quantities depend on the operational requirements. This suite of equipment will be herein referred to as the hf radio system shore hfrss. The hfrss shall be supplied in three different configurations of: 1kw, 5kw and 10kw as per tables 1 and 2 below.
