The concession fee includes a monthly fee and potential profit sharing. Specific payment details are outlined in the agreement, with annual payments due by August 31st and February 28th of the subsequent year.

Proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of project objectives, scope of proposal, firm capability, assigned personnel, quality and suitability of products, pricing, and sustainability methodology. A rating scale from 1 to 10 will be used for each criterion.

The ideal concessionaire should have previous experience operating a similar concession, demonstrate sufficient skills, and have a strong financial condition to ensure adequate staffing and supplies. Proof of financial ability is required prior to an interview.

Unacceptable personal conduct or failure to correct conduct may result in immediate or early termination of the agreement. Failure to make timely payment of the concession fee may result in a lien on the concessionaire's property.
