The contractor represents and warrants that the term of the warranty shall be the greater of the term of this contract or any other warranty generally offered by the contractor, its suppliers, or manufacturers. Any nonconformance of the goods or services to the terms and conditions of this contract shall constitute a defect and shall be considered defective.
The complete vendor selection will be determined by evaluation of technical responses. Technical responses will be shortlisted if they are responsive, responsible, and within the competitive range, requiring a minimum technical response score of 70. The evaluation will consider qualifications, experience, technical approach, and cost if applicable.
