Firms must have at least five years of experience providing municipal planning services, demonstrated experience with planning board advisory services, development application review, and zoning and land use analysis. AICP-certified planners are preferred, and experience in Westchester County or similar suburban municipalities is strongly preferred.
The submission of a sample planning memorandum or report is optional but encouraged.
