Proposals will be scored on relevant experience (25%), quality of proposed approach (35%), capacity of team qualifications (20%), and cost-effectiveness (20%). The proposal determined to be most advantageous may be selected regardless of whether it represents the lowest cost.
Proposers must affirm current licensure in Michigan, demonstrated experience in similar platforms, ability to ensure ADA and Section 508 compliance, and no record of default or terminated contracts within the past five years.
Should the contractor fail to correct a project deficiency, they will be barred from further engagements with the school district for a period of five years.
Contacting Bay-Arenac ISD personnel other than Jennifer Socha may be grounds for elimination from the selection process.
