Travel related performance tasks include site visits to aian communities to conduct up to five workshops with chrschws to pilot and disseminate the learning curriculum.

Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis between the first and fifteenth of the following month and shall be billed at the rates, and in accordance with the contract line item numbers (CLIN), as listed in the schedule of items. Invoices shall be submitted through the invoicing processing platform (IPP).

The government will award a single contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Past performance and technical capability, when combined, are more important than price.

Key personnel must possess an active, unrestricted license to practice independently, maintain licensing requirements and required insurance coverage, consent to a background check, and have malpractice/professional liability insurance. Resumes, proof of insurance, and licenses must be submitted with the quotation.

Failure to comply with terms, including timely removal and replacement of personnel, adherence to PIV requirements, and maintenance of workforce integrity, may result in termination and will be documented in the contractor's performance assessment.
