Bids are due by 11:00 a. m. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The project manual, prepared by Bartick, describes the scope of work, which is expected to be completed in 4 months. Bidding procedures must comply with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149. Each general contractor must submit a current certificate of eligibility and an update statement.
