This is a presolicitation notice for a firm fixed price open market SDVOSB set-aside for medical gas inspection services at the Nashville and Murfreesboro VA medical centers, from April 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. Offers are solicited only from SDVOSBs listed in the VA's vendor information pages (VIP) database. The contract requires a fully qualified field service engineer (FSE) with at least two years of experience in scheduled and unscheduled preventive and remedial maintenance on medical gas and vacuum systems. The contractor is responsible for the equipment in as is condition. The contractor must provide written assurance of the competency of their personnel and a list of credentials of approved FSEs for each make and model they service. The contractor must report to the engineering office to log in for all services at both campuses. Invoices will be paid in arrears based on receipt of service reports.
