This is a three-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) service price agreement, with two one-year renewal options, to furnish and install reflective lane striping. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis. Important events include a pre-bid meeting on August 28th, 2025, and questions due on September 2nd, 2025. The submission deadline is September 19th, 2025. Several documents are required for submission, including acknowledgements, insurance requirements, a bid table, bid security, sample contract, standard forms, and bid submittal qualifications/requirements. A team makeup and local workforce form is also required.

Sealed bids are requested for pavement markers and adhesive. Bidders must submit their bids in an envelope clearly marked with the bid opening date and number, or submitted online via the vendor portal. Bid prices must include delivery of all items f. o. b. destination. Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery, whichever is later. Bidders must indicate the manufacturer and model number for each line item. Products are subject to laboratory testing before final acceptance. The low bidder may be required to submit a sample of the product bid. Delivery instructions are provided. Vendors are encouraged to participate in electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments. Vendor registration is required in LAPAC prior to bid submission. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered in their bid. Bidders proposing an equivalent brand or model should submit with the bid information such as illustrations, descriptive literature, technical data sufficient for the state of Louisiana to evaluate quality, suitability, and compliance with the specifications in the solicitation. All bids must conform to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. All products for purchase must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. The state of Louisiana has the right to terminate the contract for any of the reasons listed in the notice.

This is a supply-based contract for cemetery grounds maintenance at Dayton National Cemetery. The contractor is responsible for providing tall fescue turfgrass sod and a sod blend of trophy mix seed. Delivery of grass seed is expected once per year at the start of the growing season (typically March or April), and sod delivery is expected monthly from March to November. Minimum order quantities are specified for both grass seed and sod. The contractor must adhere to specific quality standards for the sod and seed, including cultivar requirements, and must maintain a high standard of conduct and safety. The cemetery is responsible for proper soil preparation and maintenance of the sod after delivery. Work hours are restricted to normal federal workdays between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, and federal holidays are observed.
