The Georgia Army National Guard requires behavioral health consultation services for service members and their families. The contract includes a base year and two option years. Offers are due July 1, 2026. A site visit will not be conducted. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than 3 days after solicitation issuance. The estimated total value is $16,500,**** will be based on best value, considering technical qualifications, past performance, and price.

Payment will be made by the government. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless otherwise indicated. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) is used for electronic processing of vendor payment requests and receiving reports.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. This is a best value source selection.
The technical proposal must include qualifications and licensing for proposed employees, experience in providing similar services, and ARNG IT systems of record. Offerors shall describe their record of past performance with services similar in nature, size, and complexity.
A site visit will not be conducted.
The provision regarding product samples is deleted from the solicitation.
Agency protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR 33. 103. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing.
Offers with prices that are unreasonably high, unrealistically low, unbalanced, or do not support the technical solution may be eliminated from competition.
