For logistics support, fifteen years of professional experience overall is required, with a preferred five years of senior leadership experience in medical simulation. For technical support, three years in the medical or military medical field is required.

Failure to execute an NDA or failure to adhere to the statement shall constitute default on the part of the contractor. Assignment of staff who has not executed this statement or failure to adhere to this statement shall constitute default on the part of the contractor.

Personnel must have a minimum of two years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in medical or dental administration, medical records management, military health administration, or a related healthcare clerical field. They must also have proven experience handling sensitive personal data and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Failure to have a verified, active NIST SP **** basic assessment score in SPRS at the time of quote submission will result in the quote being determined non-responsive and immediately disqualified.

Contractor personnel must have a minimum of two years of demonstrated, hands-on experience in medical or dental administration, medical records management, military health administration, or a related healthcare clerical field. They must also have proven experience handling sensitive personal data and verifying the administrative completeness of standardized medical dental intake documentation.

Awarded vendors will verify the individual's availability to start work within not more than 21 calendar days after the BidBuy publication of the notice of award.

Payments will be paid in accordance with the State Prompt Payment Act and rules when applicable. Invoices for supplies purchased, services performed, and expenses incurred through June 30 of any year must be submitted to the state no later than July 31 of that year.

Vendor warrants that all services will be performed to meet the requirements of this contract in an efficient and effective manner by trained and competent personnel.

The responsive and responsible vendor with the lowest quote will be notified.

Requires a current Illinois license to practice medicine and an American Board of Medical Specialties certification, or its equivalent, in psychiatry. Requires three years of substantive medical administrative experience in directing, planning, and evaluating a medical/clinical program.

A delay of more than ten (10) business days by the vendor in completing administrative actions will be grounds for terminating the contract.

Failure to complete and attach the appropriate disclosure will result in disqualification. Failure to upload a resume will result in disqualification.
