The City of Concord seeks a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to provide technical services for the remediation of hazardous building materials at the historic Concord Stables building. The project is funded by a $678,000 EPA brownfields cleanup grant and will last for four years (****). Key tasks include ACM and lead paint removal, PCB paint abatement, and managing regulatory compliance with EPA and NHDES. A mandatory preproposal conference is scheduled for August 19, 2026. Proposals are due September 2, 2026, by 2:00 pm. Evaluation is weighted across understanding, experience, cost, schedule, and community engagement.
