The lab must be recognized by either the national lead laboratory accreditation program ( NLLAP) or the environmental lead laboratory accreditation program ( ELLAP). Asbestos services must include analysis for air samples using TEM and bulk samples using polarized light microscopy, 400 pt. point count, and **** pt. point count. The lab must participate in the national voluntary laboratory accreditation program ( NVLAP) for asbestos sampling. Microbiology services must include analysis for air spore trap, tape lift, and swab bulk samples. Mold analysis for spore traps must provide quantitative, nonculturable mold counts. The lab must have current EMLAP accreditation through AIHA. Methamphetamine services must include analysis for wipe samples. The lab must be able to provide a quantitative result with detection of
