Audit of all funds of the City of Highland, including government- wide financial statements, fund financial statements, management' s discussion and analysis ( MD& A), and required supplementary information. Audit of the successor agency to the Highland Redevelopment Agency. Single audit on federal grant expenditures. Agreed- upon procedures for the city' s Gann limit appropriations limit. Management letter with recommendations. Completion of the city' s financial transactions report and annual street report.
