Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Invoices must be submitted through WAWF.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in the contract.

Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system.

Questions regarding the requirement must be addressed by 4:00 PM on July 13, 2026.

Failure to comply with contract terms and conditions, or failure to provide adequate assurances of future performance, may result in termination for cause.
