The City of Framingham is seeking architectural/engineering design and construction administration services for a new parking garage. Payment is to be made by the City within thirty (30) days of invoice by the consultant.
Consultant's services shall be guaranteed against any and all defects or damages caused thereby for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion of consultant's services.
The City will select the proposer most qualified to perform the services described in the RFQ, based on evaluation criteria including experience, capability, approach, past performance, and financial stability.
Minimum qualifications include Massachusetts registration and licensing, knowledge of state building codes, experience designing parking garages, and experience with municipal capital improvement projects.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 9:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. in the executive conference room, 1st floor, Memorial Building, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts.
Questions concerning this request for qualifications can only be submitted through Bidnet Direct by 10:00 a. m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Proposals submitted through any means other than the City's Bidnet Direct system will not be accepted and will be rejected as nonresponsive.
