Latest US Concrete Leveling Contracts & Bids

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, is seeking bids for the demolition of two munitions storage magazines at Hill Air Force Base. The project is estimated to cost between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and is anticipated to be awarded as a fixed-price contract by approximately September 2025. Registration in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIE) system is required at least one week prior to the anticipated bid due date, and registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required before the anticipated solicitation closing date. The solicitation will be issued through PIE and SAM on or about mid to end June 2025, with quotes tentatively due July 2025. The government intends to solicit and award using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. All prospective offerors must be registered in the PIE system at least one week prior to the anticipated bid due date. Copies of the solicitation and attachments will be made available for inspection without charge after the solicitation is released, when accessed through PIE. Failure to register in PIE will prevent submission of bids.

Cutting and removal of a portion of existing asphalt pavement along the base of the wall to allow for wall demolition and construction. 3. Cutting and removal of a portion of existing concrete pavement along the base of the wall to allow for wall demolition and construction. 4. Installation of new concrete footings and retaining wall. 5. Patching existing asphalt pavement and concrete pavement that was removed. Repair to existing concrete slab. Construction items will include the following: 1. Mud jacking and leveling of the affected area 2. Re- alignment of existing fencing and gates.

A single bid, for paving, leveling, patching, and installation work, was received and opened publicly at 2:00 PM on August 5, 2025. The bid amount was $119,**** from Northwest Georgia Paving.
