Preferred experience includes 5 years of work experience in international business, government, public relations, public policy, nongovernmental organizations ngos, or a related professional field.

If determined that the contractor is a risk to U. S. government personnel or property, this determination shall be grounds for immediate termination of the contract.

The contractor shall provide necessary documentation relevant experience or college transcripts to substantiate any academic degrees to verify previous background, skills, and experience.
