The project is required to be performed within the dates of 9/14/26 to 10/22/26.

Upon the contractor's successful completion of the work, and Weld County's acceptance of the same, Weld County agrees to pay the contractor an amount not to exceed as set forth in the exhibits.

The roof shall carry a 20-year manufacturer and installation warranty. The 20-year warranty will be for labor and materials.

Low price is the key consideration by Weld County in awarding an IFB contract.

Bidders must participate and record their presence at the prebid conference to be eligible to submit bids.

The contractor shall be responsible for all associated cost and/or schedule impacts/delays if they start any additional work without written approval.

Late or unsigned bids shall not be accepted or considered.

Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and have completed online representations and certifications at the time of solicitation close date.

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five 5 years experience in similar work and shall provide to the owner on the minimum qualifications form a list of five 5 contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this project completed or substantially completed within the last ten 10 years.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026, at 10:00 am, at Sunmount DDSO, Building 14. all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

Contacts made to other DASNY personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the prospective bidder and affect future procurements with governmental entities in the State of New York.

Work must be completed within sixty 60 days from the start date.

The bid will be awarded to the responsible, responsive bidder whose bid, conforming to this solicitation, will be most advantageous to the township, with price and other factors considered.

The vendor shall demonstrate a minimum of five 5 years of experience in the specific field requested in this bid and have the ability to carry out the services requested in the bid without outsourcing.

A penalty of **** shall be assessed to the vendor each day past the 60 day completion deadline.

Failure to furnish a 5% bid bond will result in bid being declared nonresponsive. Nonresponsive bids will not be considered for award.
