The contractor hereby agrees to make at its own expense any repairs or replacements made necessary by defects in materials or workmanship supplied to it that become evident within one 1 year after the date of the final payment, and to restore to full compliance with the requirements set forth herein any part of the work constructed hereunder, which during said one 1 year period is found to be deficient with respect to any provisions of the contract documents.
