The government reserves the right to terminate a contract at any time if it is no longer needed, no longer represents competitive pricing, does not provide adequate service, or is otherwise not in compliance with the terms and conditions.

Misrepresentation of a company's SDVOSB status can lead to debarment from contracting for a period of not less than five years.
