Payment instructions are detailed in Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions Jan 2023.

The warranty for supplies of a noncomplex nature is one year from date of delivery 45 days after discovery of defect.

Offerors must be government approved sources of supply. Distributors must submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter.

Offers received from sources which are not government approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable, and therefore ineligible for award.

Delivery is required by June 22, 2026 for both lots.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Payment will be made by code is indicated, and specific WAWF instructions are provided.

Offers will be evaluated based on echnical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Past performance will be evaluated as part of the responsibility determination.

The deadline for submission of questions regarding the solicitation is 1 day prior to the solicitation closing date.

Delivery is required within three 3 months after receipt of purchase order.

To avoid delay in payment, all invoices must be uploaded into the invoicing processing platform IPP www. ***. *. * invoice must match the line item description on the purchase order. It must also state that payment is to be made using a threeway match.

One 1 year warranty on workmanship and parts.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of this solicitation and is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR ****, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with their offer. All offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management SAM at www. ***. *. *

Offers must be received on or before 19 JUN 2026 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Payment will be made by the government. Invoices are to be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Payment is net 30.

Quotes will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, prices proposed, delivery schedule, past performance, and current multiple award overload. The government may conduct a tradeoff analysis and award to the higher priced responsible offeror with a better record of past performance if it is in the best interest of the government.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). CMMC Level 1 is required. Documentation required for submission includes SAM registration and SAM Reps and Certs.

The delivery schedule is binding. In the event of delay, the contractor shall immediately notify the contracting officer or BPA administrator. Receipt of notice does not constitute acceptance of an alternate delivery date or waiver of government rights.

A site visit is required by interested vendors on June 9th, 2026 or June 16th, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM. See site visit attachment included with posting.

Vendors may be removed from the BPA based on past performance in areas such as adherence to delivery schedules, ability to provide quality supplies, and consistently competitive prices. Multiple instances of delivering poor quality products, consistently late deliveries, and having prices significantly higher than other offerors on a consistent basis can lead to removal.
