Services include testing and inspecting circuit breakers and a unit substation transformer, performing visual inspections, documenting load readings, and ensuring protective devices are adjusted. The contractor must also tighten switchgear, clean enclosures, and manually exercise switching operations. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, excluding federal holidays, unless pre-approved.
