Technical proposals shall not include prices or pricing information. Deliveries are to various locations in the United States on an FOB origin basis. Potential contractors must meet the AMS vendor qualification requirements. Bids, modifications, withdrawals of bids, and price adjustments shall be submitted using the wbscm system. The contract type will be firm fixed price. Commodities and products of agricultural commodities acquired under this contract must be a product of the United States. Packaging and container components are subject to the WTO GPA and FTA.
