The bid notice states that the estimated contract amount is between $2,307,442 and $3,749,****.

Sealed proposals will be accepted up until 3:00 PM on October 15, 2025, in the purchasing office, city of new rochelle city hall, 515 north avenue, new rochelle, ****, and mailed to the attention of karin conca, purchasing. Please note spec **** on your outside mail package.

The city of new rochelle shall pay invoices at net 30 days after receipt of invoice and acceptance of work.

The city of new rochelle reserves the right to award this rfp to the respondent who presents a proposal that best meets the requirements listed herein and represents the most beneficial procurement determined by the city. The award of a contract for the described services will be made by the citys rfp evaluation committee. The city will award to the firms who score within the top three 3 as determined by the selection committee. If an agreement is not reached within a reasonable period, the city may pursue negotiations with the next ranked firm or reissue the rfp altogether.

The following list is the minimum qualification requirements: at least 5 years of experience providing similar service firm must be in business for at least 5 years at least three 3 references from clients currentlypreviously served for which similar services have been provided. All references should be for projects completed within the last three years.

An onsite preproposal meeting will be held on 10am september 30, 2025, at new roc garage 4th level lobby in new rochelle, ny. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged.

Bids will be accepted until the specified opening time and date. Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused.

The awarded vendor will be paid upon submission of invoices to: city of Rockford accounts payable, 425 east state street, rockford, il ****.

Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined below. No contract shall be awarded except to responsible firms capable of providing the class of services described.

Failure to comply with this requirement may constitute rejection of the bid. Failure to comply with this requirement will be considered a violation of contract terms, for which the city may bar vendor from bidding for a period of up to three 3 years.

Firms wishing to protest proposals or awards shall notify the central services manager in writing within seven 7 days after the proposal opening.
