This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services for refuse collection and disposal, including bulk waste, for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System. The contract period is from October 17, 2026, through October 16, 2027, with four 12-month option periods. Quotes are due by September 4, 2026. A site visit is scheduled for August 19, 2026, but it is not mandatory. The requirement is for a SDVOSB and will be firm fixed price. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
Invoices shall be submitted in arrears: monthly.
The requirement will be evaluated as comparative evaluation.

The contractor shall be monetarily responsible for all fines levied upon the government, by any federal or state agency for any required information that is late, or not submitted, due to the required reports listed in paragraph 1. 5. 4. not being provided, or by therequired date.

Submissions of questions must be received by 12: 00 pm ct on august 21, 2026.
In the event of the contractors or a subcontractors noncompliance with this clause, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.
