Responses to questions or clarifications are due July 3, 2025. Responses to the IFB are due July 14, 2025. An optional onsite visit is scheduled for July 1, 2025. All communications, including questions or clarifications, must be submitted by email to the sole point of contact. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The contract will begin upon award and expire August 31, 2025. The agency may extend the contract term for up to one year. The contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies. Insurance requirements are detailed in the notice. Bidders must comply with all applicable state rules, regulations, and agency requests regarding personal and professional conduct. The use or possession of intoxicants or illegal drugs is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in all non-designated areas. Contractor personnel must wear company uniforms and identifying badges. Bidders must provide three verifiable references for current or previous contracts of the same size and for similar or same services within the last five years. The contractor must have at least five years of relevant experience. The contractor must provide a minimum of two 24-hour contact personnel.

The National Park Service, Denver Service Center, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services at Vicksburg National Military Park in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The project involves stabilizing terraces and graves, and Mint Spring Bayou. The RFP will be issued electronically via SAM. gov in August/September 2025. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM and a valid UEI number. The anticipated period of performance is 548 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required. A pre-proposal conference and site visit are anticipated after issuance of the formal RFP and prior to the proposal due date. The project is currently unfunded, but funding is expected. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to requirements and represents the best value to the government, considering technical, past performance, and price factors. Evaluation will use the best value continuum tradeoff process.
