Jefferson County is seeking bids for a term contract for asphalt products. Bids are due by 11:00 AM CT on July 22, 2026. Specifications can be obtained from the county website or by phone. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for four additional years. Bidders must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Third-party laboratory testing is required to prove material compliance before award. Deliveries will be on an as-needed basis.
