The deadline for solution summary submissions for performer consideration is February 19th, 2026, 5:00 PM ET. For IVV partner consideration, the solution summary due date is April 17th, 2026, 5:00 PM ET. The solution pitch deadline for IVV proposers is extended to May 21, 2026.

Performers will be required to register in and submit invoices for payment through the Payment Management Services (PMS) at www. ***. *. *

Solution pitches will be evaluated based on overall scientific and technical merit, proposer capabilities and/or related experience, potential contribution to relevance to the ARPA-H mission and user experience, and assessment of proposed cost/price.

All responsible sources capable of satisfying the government's needs may submit a proposal. Universities, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and other than small businesses are eligible. Proposers must have an active registration in SAM. gov and a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI) number.

The final MSRP for a small commercial-scale system should not exceed $200k, with a preferred target below $100k.

The contract period of performance has been updated to end on 11/21/2027.

This requirement may be awarded to one vendor as a BPA call order against BPAs previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE).

This procurement is restricted to the approved companies eligible for call orders under the R3 Southwest Stewardship BPA for the Coconino National Forest in the state of Arizona.
