The bid for Desktop Computer Deployment Services (Bid ****) must be received not later than 3 pm on May 26, 2026.

The bid notice mentions that Western Suffolk BOCES will soon implement an option to allow vendors to receive payments through an ACH transaction system, which is believed to result in expedited payments.

The bid notice does not mention the submission of samples.

The bid shall not be considered for award nor shall any award be made where the noncollusive bidding certification has not been complied with, unless the head of the purchasing unit determines that such disclosure was not made for the purpose of restricting competition.

Bids must be received by 1:30 PM on June 9, 2026. The contract period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027.

Each participant will make payment according to their established payment terms and policies. Monthly statements will be provided to the district no later than five working days following the preceding month.

Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible vendors.

The submission of a bid will be construed to mean the vendor is fully informed as to the extent and character of the products and/or services required and a representation that the vendor can furnish the products and/or services satisfactorily in complete compliance with the specifications.

Quality, billing, delivery, or other responsibility issues may result in the vendor being determined to be a nonresponsible and disqualified from being awarded future bids.

Bid participants reserve the right to visit the awarded vendors plant/facilities at any time during the normal working day to ensure the vendor is compliant in the current HACCP, state, and federal guidelines.

Vendors are not required to provide samples with their bid submission. If requested, samples must be provided for items offered in response to this solicitation.

Vendors providing goods or services that do not conform with the specifications provided, or in the case of an alternate item award, to the description indicated by the vendor, may be rejected and returned at vendor's risk and expense. Items returned to the vendor will be purchased elsewhere and the excess cost will be charged to the vendor.

Bids are due no later than 4 PM on June 1, 2026.

Payments shall be made within **** days of receipt of proper invoices for work completed the previous month.

The evaluation criteria include bidders past experience performance, bidders cost of services, bidders ability to undertake the entire scope of work, and bidders ability to comply with bid instructions.

The contractor shall include a list of the last five projects that it managed of similar facilities, scope, size cost of work, with customer reference contact information. Provide if project completed on budget, project schedule, actual project duration, quality of workmanship and if project specs were met. Provide copy of onsite safety plan.

There will be no penalty for late payments.

In order to better assist bidders with product accuracy, including product dimensions and other specifications, Riverbay has samples available for onsite viewing. In addition, you must provide a sample prior to awarding of the contract.

Failure to provide pricing for each line item listed may result in disqualification of your bid proposal.

The response deadline for proposals is June 29, 2026, at 02:00 PM CT.

The respondent meets the qualifications set forth in the solicitation. Additional documentation confirming qualifications are met shall be provided, upon request, within 10 business days.

The question cut off date is June 5, 2026, at 05:00 PM CT.

Johnson County verifies debarment information through the GSA system for award management prior to award of contract.

Bids must be received no later than 3:00 p. m. on June 04, 2026, at the office of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services.

Payment will be made as soon as possible only upon the receipt of a correct invoice in accordance with the terms of a quote or bid and after a correct signed receipt is received from the point of delivery.

All items of machinery, furniture and equipment must carry the normal manufacturers guarantee against defects, and the contractor shall also guarantee all installations made by bidder for a period of one 1 year after completion of such installation against any and all defects.

Award will be made as soon as possible after bid opening to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.

Bidders must be qualified organizations and/or individuals to assist the BOCES in the provision of COE brochures.

Failure to fulfill any portion of a contract or bid may be cause to remove a successful bidder from receiving any future bids.

The board reserves the right to require any bidder to submit a sample before the awarding of the bid to ascertain whether or not the product will be suitable for the purpose for which it is to be used and whether it meets the equivalency of the designated standard.

Vendor changes to bid specs and/or bid form may render a bid nonresponsive and the bidder may be disqualified.
