Humble ISD is seeking proposals for the Woodcreek Middle School Addition/Renovation project. Bid documents are available through the district's electronic bidding system. A pre-proposal conference and site walk are scheduled for July 1, 2026. The proposal submission deadline is July 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. A public bid opening will occur on July 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT.
Proposals must be submitted and received by 2:00 PM CT on July 16, 2026.
Vendors must be registered on the district's online bidding system. Specific forms such as A305 Statement of Qualifications, construction schedule, list of subcontractors, 5 relevant projects, safety records, disclosure of interested parties form ****, conflict of interest questionnaire, asbestos short term worker notification, W9 form, and confidentiality statement are required attachments.
If a milestone is missed, $1500/day will be withheld until that milestone is completed. If the contractor catches up before the next milestone, withheld funds can be reapplied.
A pre-proposal conference and job site walk are mandatory and will be held on July 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT at the Humble ISD Maintenance and Construction Facility, followed by the job site walk at Woodcreek Middle School.
Unauthorized contact with Humble ISD board members or personnel regarding this CSP may result in disqualification. Failure to comply with the job site code of conduct or criminal background check requirements may also lead to disqualification.
