The Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (BHSOAC) is seeking a contractor to lead an advocacy initiative for Transition Age Youth (TAY). The contract term is for 36 months, with a total funding of $2,010,000. Proposals must be submitted electronically by January 16, 2026. The contract involves developing leadership skills, advocacy capacity, and outreach for TAY, especially those from BHSA priority populations. The project includes a planning phase, an operations phase with three cohorts, and an evaluation phase. The contractor must submit a final workplan, quarterly progress reports, and other deliverables. The notice of intent to award is anticipated to be announced at the January 2026 commission meeting. The award will go to the highest scoring proposal. The commission reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP.
