Interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements specified herein.

Proposals will be evaluated based on adherence to RFP instructions, organization description, project description and objectives, target population and geographic area, data to support need, logic model and scope of work, measuring success, sustainability, partnerships and collaboration, and budget. The final award, when made, will be awarded to the bidder determined by oakland county, at its discretion, to have submitted the best proposal

Eligible applicants include organizations or groups that provide, or seek to expand, recovery services and programs aimed at supporting sustained recovery and improving access to care for those impacted by substance use disorders. Applicants must serve individuals who live or work in Oakland County and demonstrate the capacity to implement warm handoff and/or recovery activities aligned with evidence-based or promising practices.
