Sealed quotes must be submitted electronically no later than July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p. m. Eastern Time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Quotes are solicited from qualified contractors. Quotes from vendors who did not attend will not be considered.

A mandatory pre-site visit will be held Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 1:00 p. m. at the project address. Attendance is required for all prospective vendors quotes from vendors who did not attend will not be considered.
