Failure to adhere to specifications may result in removal from future bidders lists or billing for the difference in cost if the next lowest bidder is contacted due to non-compliance. The district also reserves the right to remove contractors from future bidders list for failure to adhere to specifications. Should the call not be returned within the specified time, or completion of the job not be attempted, the next lowest bidder available will be contacted. Approximately 49 school orders in August 2026 with a delivery date in the first week of September 2026. There will also be a smaller order in November 2026.

Vendor warrants that all goods delivered hereunder will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform strictly to the specifications, drawings, or samples specified or furnished. This warranty shall survive any inspection, delivery, acceptance or payment by ucboe of the goods and shall run to ucboe and any user of the goods.
