Lot 2: This line shall only be used when district personnel request a Floor Resilient ( 6 Step Method). Contractor must be able to perform this process upon request. Floor Resilient must be completed on the weekends when the Maintenance Superintendent is available. Contractor shall be required to strip, seal and wax all floors ( excluding storage rooms) and baseboards. Contractor shall be required to use the six ( 6) step method ( sweep, mop, strip, scrub, seal and wax) and shall use two ( 2) coats of sealer and four ( 4) coats of wax each time. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform custodial services for the Transportation Cabinets District 7 Office located in Lexington ( Fayette Co) KY.
Lot 3: This line shall only be used when district personnel request an additional/extra top scrub wax. Top scrub and wax require 3 coats of wax. This work shall be performed on the weekend when the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is available. Contractor shall be required to perform a top scrub and apply 3 coats of wax. Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform custodial services for the Transportation Cabinets District 7 Office located in Lexington ( Fayette Co) KY.

There are approximately 90 employees in the main building. We estimate 50- 100 visitors daily.
