The required delivery date is seven (7) days after receipt of order (ARO). The vendor must fulfill the contract and deliver 100% of the required materials within thirty (30) days after receipt of the purchase order (ARO).

Services are paid monthly. Invoices can only be submitted through the vendor portal: www. ***. *. * government shall pay the contractor within 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

The vendor must provide a quality warranty for at least one (1) year for tangible elements. During the warranty period, the contractor must respond to technical requests within two hours and repair equipment within 48 hours at the site of the request.

The U. S. government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced.

Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be received by the government no later than July 24, 2026, at 16:00 hours Bogota, Colombia.

Proposals submitted to the American Embassy are exclusive, and any disclosure may result in disqualification from the processes.

Companies who believe they can provide this service must indicate their interest in writing within 10 days of this notification and include a detailed capability statement.
