This is an open call solicitation for new and novel technology solutions supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) in advancing AI/ML, digital, or data hardware, software, and service solutions. The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace aims to solicit, collect, assess, and curate these solutions for rapid acquisition. Submissions are accepted from US-based companies (large and small, traditional and non-traditional), universities, non-profits, and individuals. Foreign entities may also participate if compliant with international law. Solutions are submitted via video pitches and assessed by subject matter experts. The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is continuously open for submission of solutions during the period of April 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Submissions are collected monthly, with the cutoff on the final day of each monthly collection period at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST). Solutions are assessed by a peer panel of government, industry, and academic subject matter experts, with final decisions made by the Government Selecting Official (GSO). Solutions are rated as either awardable or non-awardable.
