Proposals will be evaluated based on demonstrated qualified experience (15 points), approach (35 points), project management (10 points), and cost of services (40 points). Proposals will be evaluated by representatives from the citys public works department on the following criteria using a 100point scale not ordered in their relative importance: demonstrated qualified experience of key personnel in providing the services requested in this rfp. 15 points clearly identified approach to completing the work, including opportunities for innovation that meet the project goals. 35 points project management: clearly defined communication plan and commitment to adhering to schedule and budget. 10 points cost of services. 40 points

Respondents must demonstrate practical knowledge of the project and necessary financial resources. if requested, each respondent shall submit satisfactory evidence that it has a practical knowledge of the project and the necessary financial resources to complete the project.
