Integral Care is seeking proposals for food pantry operations support and onsite event services. The services include retrieval, inventory, delivery, unpackaging, and shelving of groceries, as well as servicing live food pantry events. The contract is expected to commence on or about September 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year and options to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. Proposals must be submitted electronically by April 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT. An optional pre-bid tour may be offered. Integral Care reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, or negotiate with proposers. Successful proposers must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local rules, codes, regulations, laws, standards, and executive orders, as well as Integral Care's policies and procedures. This includes requirements for background checks, eligibility to work in the United States, and adherence to specific performance standards and reporting documentation. Additionally, proposers shall, at a minimum, be currently licensed/certified, where applicable, to provide the services. If performance falls below 95% for on-time performance or staffing requirements, a 2% reduction to monthly delivery fees will apply per 1% below target, capped at 10% total.
