Sealed bid proposals for awards, incentives, and
printed materials for the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District. Proposals are due Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM CST. Bidders must follow specific instructions regarding bid format, pricing, delivery, and installation. The district is exempt from federal, state, and local taxes. The estimated value of the contract is $150,000. 00. The contract may be renewed for two additional one-year periods. Selection criteria include purchase price, vendor reputation, quality, and meeting district needs. Benchmark catalog pricing, custom pricing, dealer costs, wholesale pricing, retail pricing, or shelf pricing at the time of purchase are acceptable.
