Supplies for Ebola prevention and response are being procured. The contractor must furnish and deliver these supplies to the U. S. Embassy Harare or a U. S. dispatch agent in New Jersey. Quotations are due by August 11, 2026, at 1700hrs Harare time. Proposals must be in English and submitted electronically in MS Word, Excel, or PDF format, not exceeding 30MB per file. Offerors must be registered in the SAM system. The U. S. government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Minimum order guarantee is 300 USD annually, with a maximum annual order of 30,000 USD.
Quotations are due by August 11, 2026, at 1700hrs Harare time. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
Payment will be made by the United States Embassy, with invoices to be submitted to hararefmoinvoices@state. gov.
