A one-year guarantee of workmanship and materials is required, dating from the time of acceptance of the project.

Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant HVAC/mechanical service experience, experience with commercial boilers, chillers, pumps, air handlers, rooftop units, and hydronic systems, and the ability to provide 24/7 emergency response.

Failure to meet response times may be considered poor performance and affect future use or renewal of the contract.

The contractor shall furnish all samples as directed by the college for approval.
