Video Conferencing Government Bids & RFPs

Contractor shall provide warranty maintenance for the ATAMMC throughout the period of 36 months. The vendor shall provide new VTC system materials listed in SOW for ATAMMC that includes the standard equipment warranty for 36 months.

All vendors must be registered in SAM. gov and registration must be valid in order to submit a proposal. If your company's registration has run out or is on the verge of expiring, please update your registration, preferably before the site visit.

The site visit is not mandatory but informational. If vendors choose to not participate in the site visit, this will not prevent any quote submission.

An expired registration on SAM. gov doesn't stop you from participating in the site visit, however, it prevents you from submitting a formal proposal for this requirement and therefore your proposal will not be considered.

The period of performance is from 08 Aug 2026 to 07 Aug 2027.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Payment by electronic funds transfer system for award management.

The government will award a contract based on price and other factors. The evaluation factors are Technical capability, price, period of performance, and past performance.

Offerors must demonstrate their ability to provide the required service, including experience and equipment supplied. The vendor must demonstrate how it will meet the requirement.

The contractor shall not perform work that deviates from contract requirements and specifications without written approval. If the contractor deviates from contract requirements and specifications without written approval of the contracting officer, such deviation shall be at the risk of the contractor and any cost related thereto shall be borne by the contractor.

The estimated total value is $34,000,****.

Bids shall be electronically uploaded, no physical bids shall be received, opened or honored. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the department of purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. The bid opening date is July 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

The contractor shall provide a minimum of one year parts warranty and one year labor warranty, including software updates during the warranty period and telephone/remote support.

Firms must have a public works contractor registration and provide for electricians license or a subcontractor with one. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N. J. S. A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N. J. A. C. 17:27.

Failure to provide mandatory bid bonds and consent of surety will result in mandatory rejection of the bid. Failure to complete the Experience Qualifications Questionnaire will be grounds for rejection.

Contractor must provide a three 3 year extended warranty to include: a. Same day phone tech support b. Next day on site arrival for repair c. Next day repair window or advance replacement of all equipment d. All costs associated with warranty repair covered. to include shipping travel. e. Local emergency support.

Contractors will be required to pass a background investigation conducted by SFS personnel to obtain base access for the duration of the contract.

Contractor employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition, on themselves or within their contractor owned or privately owned vehicle while on Tinker AFB.
