The City of Albany is seeking event planning services for downtown events on an as-needed basis. Services include planning, coordinating, and executing events such as Celebration of Lights, Food Truck Frenzy, and Shop and Stroll. Proposals are due by July 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Evaluation criteria include qualifications, experience, references, portfolio, project approach, understanding, and fees. A preliminary site visit is mandatory. The contract will be for one year with two one-year renewal options.
