The delivery date for the items is July 2026.

Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Invoicing and payment will be made thru WAWF. The invoice may not be submitted before the period of performance begins. Early delivery is accepted and authorized at no additional cost to the government.

Failure to mark each shipping label and packing list as indicated above may result in return of shipment at your expense, or will cause a delay in processing your invoice for payment. Additional cost or parts than what is listed on this order must be approved by the contracting officer and a modification must be completed before the vendor proceeds with changes. Failure to do so may result in an unauthorized commitment.
