Services must be completed by December 31, 2027. The city expects the services to be completed by december 31, 2027.

Compensation is based on completion of milestones or deliverables. Invoices sent monthly, and within thirty days after the city receives an invoice, the city shall send the contractor a check or electronic funds transfer in payment for all undisputed amounts.

Evaluation considers qualifications and cost. The lowest cost proposal will receive the maximum number of points allocated to cost. Cost is 40 points, with other criteria totaling 60 points.

Vendors must have experience with similar projects for governments and municipalities, and experience with Trimble Unity platform. The contract will be expected to provide experienced staff with adequate expertise in project management, government and municipalities and the trimble unity platform.
