TPWD solicits bids for refuse, trash, and recycling collection services at Tyler State Park. Contract term from December 1, 2026 through August 31, 2028, with option to renew for three additional one-year terms. Bids due by 2:00 PM CST on November 17, 2026. Pre-bid site visit is highly encouraged and must be scheduled at least 3 business days before bid due date. Award based on best value. Contractor must have at least 3 years of experience in specified services. Submit signed bid form, Exhibit A, and Exhibit B with references. Invoices paid within 30 days of receipt.

If contractor fails to provide removal and disposal based on agreed frequency, TPWD may deduct a prorated amount based on daily rate. Tpwd may deduct a prorated amount based on the daily rate for the type of container that was not removed or replaced.
